Processing Time
Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to ship. You will receive an email once shipped.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped through Austrian post.

 

Delivery Time
Within Austria: 1-3 working days
EU and Europe: 7-14 working days
Rest of the world: 2-8 weeks

Please be aware that these are only estimates, international orders may take longer
If your order hasn‘t arrived in six weeks (eight weeks for USA orders) after your shipping confirmation email, 
please contact me and we‘ll sort it out.

Tracked and untracked shipping is available

Please note that untracked mail will take longer to arrive.
For international orders I highly recommend to choose tracking to minimize the chance of it getting lost or taking months to arrive.

I can ship to most countries with a few exceptions. If your country is not listed, it is sadly not possible for me to currently ship there. 

USA specific info
Due to current regulations, the maximum weight that can be sent to the USA can‘t surpass 50g.
Products bigger than an A5 envelope or heavier than 50g will sadly not be available. The weight is automatically calculated at check-out.

Tax and Customs
For orders outside of the European Union import duties or taxes may apply. The cost has to be covered by the customer.
